Can we try it first?
Yes. Say how many students and when, on the form or on LINE, and JoyLearn will set up trial accounts.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes — JoyLearn issues it, and can supply the documents a school purchasing office needs.
Do students have to register their own accounts?
No. Students join with a class code, and the teacher sees their answers and history in the Teacher Portal.
Is there training for teachers?
Yes. JoyLearn runs workshops and helps with the rollout; say what you need on the form or on LINE.
Can someone walk us through it?
Yes. JoyLearn arranges a walkthrough online or at the school — say when, and how many people are coming.
